Staffing & Requirements

Our agency can hire client referrals, and/or we have agency staff available to provide services. We require Meet & Greets between clients and staff prior to services starting to ensure staff familiarity with the client's POC/Protocols and service residence.
Our Direct Care Staff are non-licensed health care professionals that provide care at the client or caregiver’s place of residence.

Hiring Process

We offer flexible staffing solutions, allowing you to hire client referrals or utilize our agency-provided professional caregivers for your family.

Qualifications

· Supported Community Connect = TBD by client/s levels
· Direct Deposit w/ option to have two accounts for split percentage to prep for year-end tax withholdings.
· Option to review outside benefit packages.
· Required to use agency mobile app while providing services.

Community Specifics

Community-based staff require a valid driver's license and auto insurance. All direct care workers must be registered with the HCPF and use our mobile app.

Our Services

Springs Family Respite Care provides non-medical personal care services that assist with daily living needs such as:

The client’s Plan of Care (POC) will reflect all areas the client will receive assistance and will list their state approved services and weekly hours allocated to each service type.

We require compliance with all state EVV requirements for Electronic Visit Verification for each service provided.

Our agency services cannot coincide with services being provided by another agency at the same day/time.

Flexible Payment Options

Colorado State Waivers

Coordinate with TRE or Rocky Mountain representatives to access state-funded care services including CFC Waivers and CES/SLS/EBD Waivers for respite and personal care.

Private Pay

Direct care services are available for private clients. All rates are competitive and transparent, with direct care workers registered as 1099 contractors.
